ACCOUNT DELETION
Leave Lumae whenever you choose.
Once the Lumae app is live, you will be able to request account deletion in the app. This page explains the backup route.
How to request deletion
Use the account settings in the app, or email support@bertinsgroup.co.uk from the email address linked to your account with the subject “Lumae account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify that the account is yours before acting.
What happens next
We will remove your profile from discovery and close your account. We will delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed. We may retain limited information where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, financial records, legal claims or other legal obligations. The final Privacy Policy will state the relevant retention periods.
Waitlist requests
If you only joined the website waitlist, email us from the same email address and ask to be removed. You can also unsubscribe from a launch email when that feature is live.
