Be real and be respectful

Use your own identity, current photos and accurate information. Treat every member with care, respect choices and boundaries, and accept a “no” without argument. Do not create accounts for anyone else.

Never do these things

• Harass, threaten, stalk, shame, discriminate against, bully or use hateful language.
• Pressure anyone into sexual activity, share sexual content without consent, or exploit or endanger another person.
• Ask for, send or accept money from another member; run scams; advertise commercial, escorting or financial services; or seek investment, crypto or gift-card payments.
• Share another person’s private information, images or messages without permission.
• Impersonate someone, misrepresent your age, use deceptive photos, or evade a prior restriction.
• Use Lumae if you are under 18, or facilitate contact with a minor.
• Plan or encourage illegal activity, violence, trafficking, exploitation or any conduct that creates a serious safety risk.

How we enforce these standards

We use reports, moderation tools and human review to investigate concerns. Depending on severity, we may remove content, limit features, require re-verification, suspend or permanently remove an account, preserve relevant records, or report matters to appropriate authorities where legally required or necessary to prevent serious harm.

We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who makes a good-faith report. If you believe a decision was wrong, you may request a review through our support process once that process is live.

How to report

Use the Report or Block tools in Lumae whenever you see or experience conduct that breaks these rules. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
